Steps to Request Deletion

• Send an Email Request
  • Write an email to: support@winded.app
  • Use the subject line: User Account Deletion Request
  • Please include the following details in your message:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your winded.app account
    • (Optional) Brief reason for deletion (not required)

Identity Verification

• For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request (e.g., by confirming your email or providing additional information).

Processing Your Request

• Upon receiving your request, we will:
• Confirm receipt of your request within a few business days.
• Delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems, unless retention is required by law (e.g., for financial or legal obligations).
• Notify you by email once the deletion has been completed or if further information is required.

Timeline

• We will process your request without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your complete request, as required by GDPR.
