1. What personal data do we process?
Registration data: name, email address, password
Contact data: phone number, shipping address
Transaction data: purchase/sale history, payment information (only transaction ID, we do not store card details)
Profile and listing data: profile picture, user description, uploaded product details, messages
Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, login timestamps
Device data: device identifiers and push notification tokens (for mobile app users)
Location data: approximate location used for regional product recommendations and meetup zones
Feedback and support data: subject, category, and details submitted through the feedback form
On-device preferences: recently viewed products and currency preference stored locally on your device
